摘要
传统两电平逆变器在高频开关下工作带来的电流谐波和功率损耗等问题亟待解决。多电平逆变器不需升压转换级,能够输出多个不同电压等级,输出电压谐波含量少。提出了一种单相不对称的五电平无变压器型逆变器拓扑,由基本H桥和T型桥两部分组成,其中T型桥位于H桥和直流分压电容之间,是一对相反的功率管和二极管组成的并联桥路。详细分析了新型拓扑的几种工作状态,给出了对应的PWM调制策略,仿真验证了该拓扑和调制策略的有效性。
Current harmonics and power loss caused by traditional two-level inverters working under high-frequency switching need to be solved urgently.Multi-level inverters do not require a boost converter stage and can output multiple different voltage levels with a small THD of the output voltage.A single-phase asymmetrical five-level transformerless PV inverter topology is proposed,consisting of a basic H-bridge and a T-bridge.The T-bridge is located between the H-bridge and the DC voltage-dividing capacitor.The power tube and diode consist of parallel bridges.Several working states of the new topology are analyzed in detail.The corresponding PWM modulation strategy is given.The simulation verifies the effectiveness of the topology and modulation strategy.
