摘要
以高校产教融合试点工作给参与院校及企业所带来的优势为切入点,简要地论述了目前我国高等院校在产教融合试点改革工作中存在的主要问题,介绍了湖南城市学院建筑与城市规划学院教学现状,综合和归纳了湖南城市学院建筑与城市规划专业在强化产教融合的政策支持、强化行业协会的地位作用、强化反哺参与企业的激励机制等方面的应对策略。
This paper first briefly introduced the mains issues existing in reform in education and training integration undertaken by institutions of Higher Education through an investigation into the benefits brought by the pilot work of education and training integration to institutions and enterprises concerned.Based on a thorough analysis of its current teaching mode,it elaborated on the motivational mechanism implemented by department of architecture and Urban Planning in Hunan City University to reinforce policy support to education and training integration,importance attached to the role of association and rewards offered for enterprises concerned.
