摘要
为研究不同种源西伯利亚杏表型性状多样性,本研究通过变异性分析、相关性分析、主成分分析及聚类分析等方法,系统研究了国内外125个不同种源西伯利亚杏无性系的51个表型性状。结果表明:供试西伯利亚杏无性系表型性状具有丰富的多样性。其中,19个质量性状的变异系数均值为0.27,32个数量性状的变异系数均值为0.18。不同种源质量性状的变异系数由大到小依次为:内蒙古(0.26)>辽宁(0.25)>俄罗斯(0.17),数量性状的变异系数由大到小依次为:内蒙古=辽宁(0.18)>俄罗斯(0.1)。数量性状的Shannon-wiener指数均值(1.93)大于质量性状(0.67)。相关性分析表明,与经济效益相关的性状中有23对性状间的相关系数>0.707。单果重与果长等15个性状呈极显著正相关,受果实性状的影响最大;单核重与核宽等20个性状呈极显著正相关;单仁重与仁宽等22个性状呈极显著正相关;单核重和单仁重受核、仁性状的影响最大。出核率与单果重等7个性状、出仁率与单核重等7个性状呈极显著负相关,且分别受单果重、单核重的影响最大。聚类分析将125个西伯利亚杏无性系分为6类:A类出核率高;B类出仁率高;C类花冠径小;D类核壳薄,出仁率、出核率较高;E类核壳厚;F类果实大,果肉厚。聚类结果反映出地理种源特点和表型性状特征。主成分分析表明,前8个主成分的累计贡献率为79.90%。综合32个数量性状的相关性分析和主成分分析,筛选出11个有代表性的主要数量性状,依次为果长、果宽、果厚、果肉厚度、核长、核宽、核厚、仁长、仁宽、单核重、单仁重。
The aim of this paper was to study the phenotypic trait diversity of Armeniaca sibirica from different provenances,and to provide an important reference for evaluating,identifying and utilizing of Armeniaca sibirica germplasm resources,and a scientific theoretical basis for its breeding work.51 phenotypic traits of 125 Armeniaca sibirica clones from different provenances at home and abroad were systematically studied by means of variability analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that phenotypic traits of Armeniaca sibirica clones were rich in diversity.Among them,the mean of variation coefficient of 19 qualitative characters was 0.27.The mean of variation coefficient of 32 quantitative characters was 0.18.The variation coefficient of qualitative character for different provenance was as follows:Inner Mongolia(0.26)>Liaoning(0.25)>Russia(0.17),the variation coefficient of quantitative character for different provenance was as follows:Inner Mongolia=Liaoning(0.18)>Russia(0.1).The mean of Shannon-wiener index in quantitative characters(1.93)was greater than that in qualitative characters(0.67).Correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient among 23 traits related to economic benefits was more than 0.707.There was an extremely significant positive correlation among 15 traits such as single fruit weight and fruit length,and was most affected by fruit traits.There was an extremely significant positive correlation among 20 traits such as the single nutlet weight and nutlet width,there was an extremely significant positive correlation among 22 traits such as single kernel weight and kernel width.The single nutlet weight and single kernel weight were greatly influenced by nutlet and kernel traits.There was an extremely significant negative correlation among 7 traits such as nutlet rate and single fruit weight,nutlet rate was most affected by single fruit weight.There was an extremely significant negative correlation among 7 traits such as kernel rate and single nutlet weight,kernel rate was most affected by single nutlet weight.125 Armeniaca sibirica clones were divided into 6 groups by cluster analysis.The nutlet rate of Group A was high,the kernel rate of Group B was high,the corolla diameter of Group C was small,the thin shell,high nutlet and kernel rate was appeared in Group D,the shell of Group E was thick,and the big fruit and thick flesh was appeared in Group F.The results of cluster analysis reflected the characteristics of geographical provenances and phenotypic traits.Principal component analysis indicated that the cumulative contribution rate of the first 8 principal components was 79.90%.Based on the correlation analysis and principal component analysis of 32 quantitative characters,11 representative quantitative characters were screened out,which was fruit length,fruit width,fruit thickness,flesh thickness,nutlet length,nutlet width,nutlet thickness,kernel length,kernel width,single nutlet weight,and single kernel weight.
