摘要
目的研究结核性脑膜炎患者采取结核感染T细胞斑点试验(T-SPOT.TB)诊断的临床价值。方法选取2016年3月～2017年10月我院收治的30例可疑的结核性脑膜炎患者作为研究组,另选取35例无结核原发病灶的脑膜炎患者作为对照组,均进行T-SPOT.TB试验,观察两组的诊断结果。结果所有患者经过T-SPOT.TB试验,诊断结果的阳性率为76.67%(23/30),明显高于对照组的14.29%(5/35)(P<0.05)。结论 T-SPOT.TB试验在结核性脑膜炎诊断中具有重要意义,能够明显提高诊断结果的准确性,快速诊断疾病。
Objective To study the clinical value of T-cell spot of tuberculosis(T-SPOT.TB)in the diagnosis of tubercular meningitis.Methods A total of30suspected patients with tubercular meningitis treated in our hospital from March2016to October2017were selected as the research group,and35non-TB primary meningitis patients were selected as the control group.The T-SPOT.TB test was applied to observe its diagnosis results.Results After the T-SPOT.TB test in the cerebrospinal fluid,the positive diagnosis rate in the research group was76.67%(23/30),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(14.29%[5/35])(P<0.05).Conclusion The T-SPOT.TB test is of great importance to improve the diagnosis accuracy and make an early diagnosis of tubercular meningitis.
