摘要
目的研究分析地佐辛复合舒芬太尼联合治疗对腹腔镜肝癌切除术后镇痛患者的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及免疫功能指标的影响。方法选取2016年3月～2018年2月我院收治的进行腹腔镜肝癌切除术治疗的82例患者作为研究对象,同时依据随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各41例。对照组患者予以舒芬太尼进行治疗,观察组患者在舒芬太尼的基础上予以地佐辛进行联合治疗。比较两组患者术前、术后的TNF-α、IL-6水平,并比较两组患者的免疫功能指标。结果观察组患者术后的TNF-α、IL-6低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后的CD3^+、CD4^+水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于进行了腹腔镜肝癌切除术的患者而言,应用地佐辛复合舒芬太尼可以调节免疫和炎症因子水平,可以有效镇痛,并对患者免疫功能影响较小。
Objective To study the effects of postoperative analgesia with Dezocine combined with Sufentanil on tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and immune function in patients with postoperative analgesia after laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods From March2016to February2018,82patients treated with laparoscopic hepatectomy in our hospital were selected as study samples.At the same time,the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,41cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given Sufentanil.The patients in the observation group were given Dezocine combined with Sufentanil.The TNF-αand IL-6levles before treatment and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The immune function indexes of the two groups were also compared.Results The TNF-αand IL-6in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine combined with Sufentanil can regulate the immune factors,it′s analgesia was effective and have less influence on the immune function.
