摘要
目的评价我国在脑深部刺激领域的基础研究态势。方法采用自由词联合主题词的检索方式在Pubmed数据库中检索脑深部刺激领域的所有研究性论文,以此为基础,根据文献总数、影响因子>10的文献数、近十年发文量的年复合增长率、以及各科研机构的发文量分析我国在脑深部刺激领域的基础研究规模、基础研究质量、基础研究增长情况以及主要科研机构。结果我国在脑深部刺激领域的文献总数、高质量文献数、以及近十年发文量的年复合增长率分别为219篇、5篇和30.5%,上述三个指标的全球排名分别为第7、第13和第1。我国仅有1家机构在该领域的发文量进入全球前20。结论我国在脑深部刺激领域的基础研究规模处于全球中上游水平,增速很快但质量偏低,仅一家机构在国际竞争中脱颖而出,大多数机构的国际影响力还很弱。因此,我国需发展更多实力较强的机构,着力提升基础研究质量,从而提升我国在该领域的基础研究水平及影响力。
Objective To analyze the current status of basic researches on deep brain stimulation in China based on bibliometric analysis.Methods All research papers in deep brain stimulation field were searched in Pubmed database by searching free words and joint subject words.Then the basic research scale,quality,growth of basic research and main research institutions in the field of deep brain stimulation in China were analyzed based on the total number of literatures,the number of references with the influence factor(IF)>10,the annual compound growth rate of the output in the last decade,and the output of various research institutions.Results The total number of literatures,high-quality literatures,and annual compound growth rate was219,5and30.5%in the field of deep brain stimulation in China in the past decade,respectively.The three indicators of China were ranked7th,13th and1st globally,respectively.In the top20list of institutions,there was only one from China.Conclusion The scale of basic researches on deep brain stimulation in China is at a middle-high level and growing rapidly as compared to many other countries or districts,while the quality of these researches is relatively poor.In addition,there is only one institution standing out in the international area.Therefore,in the field of deep brain stimulation,more institutions with strong international competitiveness need to be developed,and the quality of studies need to be promoted in China.
