摘要
为合理控制CRP(裂化生活废旧塑料)改性沥青的工艺参数,进一步提高CRP改性沥青的性能,以70#基质沥青、CRP改性剂为原材料,研究溶胀时间、剪切时间、剪切温度、剪切速率以及发育时间对CRP改性沥青高温和低温性能的影响.研究结果表明,在溶胀时间20min、剪切时间35min、剪切温度180℃、剪切速率3 500r/min、发育时间2h的条件下,制备的CRP改性沥青高温及低温等方面性能最好,满足I-D类改性沥青的技术性能要求.
To optimize process parameters and to further increase performance of CRP(cracking recycled plastic)modified asphalt,the70^#asphalt is taken as the basic asphalt and CRP the modifier in the experiment.The effects of swell time,shear time,shear temperature,shear rate and development time on the performance of CRP modified asphalt were examined.The experimental results show that the CRP modified asphalt has the best performance at high and low temperature and well meets the requirements of the specifications for I-D asphalt under the conditions of20min of swell time,35min of shear time,180℃of shear temperature,3500r/min of shear rate and2hours of development time.
