摘要
目的将20. 0、50. 0、100. 0 IU/m L肝素钠抗凝血液放置5 min内、1 h的血气检测结果与无抗凝血标本结果进行比较。方法将新生儿科96例需进行血气分析检测的患者随机分为3组,检测3组血液pH值、动脉血氧分压[p(O2)]、动脉血二氧化碳分压[p(CO2)]、血钾(K+)、血钠(Na+)、血钙(Ca2+)、血糖(Glu)、乳酸(Lac)、红细胞压积(HCT)、碳酸氢根(HCO3-)、碱剩余(BE)。结果 20. 0 IU/m L肝素钠的抗凝血标本5 min内所做检测结果与无抗凝血最接近。结论 20. 0 IU/m L注射用抗凝血标本放置5 min对血气分析结果的影响最小,并可避免患儿反复接受穿刺的痛苦。
Objective To compare the testing results of blood gas analysis of 10.0,25.0,50.0 IU/mL heparin anticoagulant within 5 min and 1 h with the results of non-anticoagulant specimens.Methods A total of 96 infants were randomly divided into 3 groups.The pH value in blood,arterial oxygen partial pressure[p(O 2)],arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure[p(CO 2)],blood potassium(K^+),blood sodium(Na^+),blood calcium(Ca^2+),blood glucose(Glu),lactic acid(Lac),hematocrit(HCT),bicarbonate(HCO 3^-),alkali residual(BE)were determined in three groups.Results The detection results of 20.0 IU/mL heparin anticoagulant sample in 5 min approached to anti-coagulation sample.Conclusion Anticoagulant sample at concentration of 20.0 IU/mL placed for 5min has the minimum impact on the results of blood gas analysis,and can avoid pain of repeated puncture.
