摘要
目的探讨亚隆人际动力团体模式对舌癌手术患者心理状态、语音清晰度和生存质量的影响。方法将40例舌癌手术患者按照入院时间分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组给予常规心理护理;观察组在此基础上分别于术前1d、术后2周、1个月、3个月和6个月给予亚隆人际动力团体模式干预。比较两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁评分,语音清晰度及生存质量。结果干预后不同时间观察组焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组,语音清晰度及生存质量评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论亚隆人际动力团体模式可有效减少舌癌手术患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患者语音清晰度和生存质量。
Objective To explore the influence of Yalom dynamic group psychotherapy on mental state,speech articulation and quality of life of tongue cancer patients subjected to surgical resection.Methods A total of 40 patients who were diagnosed with tongue cancer were selected and divided into two groups by two successive admission periods,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was subjected to routine psychological care perioperatively,while the intervention group was additionally subjected to Yalom dynamic group psychotherapy one day before the surgery and 2 weeks,1 month,3 months and 6 months after the surgery.The scores of anxiety and depression,and speech articulation percentiles and quality of life of patients before and after the intervention in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of anxiety and depression at different time after intervention in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and speech articulation percentiles and quality of life were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Yalom dynamic group psychotherapy can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression levels in surgical patients with tongue cancer and improve speech articulation and quality of life.
