附子与甘草不同配伍对生物碱溶出及抗炎作用的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察附子与甘草不同比例配伍对附子生物碱含量及其抗炎作用的影响,探讨附子与甘草配伍意义。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法建立乌头碱含量的测定方法,测定附子甘草配伍液的生物碱含量;醋酸致小鼠腹腔内毛细血管通透性增高,观察附子与不同比例甘草配伍后对分泌物的渗出、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高等的抑制作用。结果乌头碱的线性回归方程为:y=0.1401x+0.0206(R2=0.9989),乌头碱在0.8~4.8μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系。附子甘草不同比例配伍对附子生物碱溶出率有很大影响,同时表现出明显的不同程度抗炎效应。结论附子与甘草不同比例配伍对附子生物碱含量的变化和抗炎作用均具有较大的影响,从化学成分结合药理的角度证实了临床应用附子与甘草配伍的合理性和科学性,也为临床合理配伍提供依据。 Objective:To observe the influence of compatibility of Aconite with Licorice on the contents of Alkaloids and effects of anti-inflammatory,and to explore significance of it.Methods:Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry method was used to establish a determination method of Aconite alkaloids;the contents of Aconite alkaloids were determined.Acetic acid increased capillary permeability in the abdominal cavity of mice.The inhibitory effect of Aconite on secretion exudation and the increase of capillary permeability in abdominal cavity of mice were observed.Results:Aconite linear regression equation:y=0.1401x+0.0206(R2=0.9989)and the linear range was obtained between0.8~4.8μg/mL.The compatibility of Aconite with Licorice had a big influence on the content of aconite alkaloids.And there were obvious different degrees of anti-inflammatory effects.Conclusion:The compatibility of Aconite with Licorice has a big influence on the content of aconite alkaloids and anti-inflammatory effects,which confirms that the clinical application of compatibility of Aconite with Licorice is reasonable and scientific,also providing basis for clinical rational compatibility.
