摘要 锚杆加固技术是一种结构简单的主动支护技术,其能最大限度的保持围岩的完整性、稳定性、能有效控制围岩变形、位移和裂缝的发展,其能充分发挥围岩自身的支撑作用,把围岩从荷载变成承载体,使被动支护变成主动支护。在工程施工过程中,检测抵抗拉拔力会广泛的应用,其在井下、地下、隧道施工及岩石边坡支护等工程中都应用极多,其所起的作用也非常重要,但在锚杆施工后需要对锚杆可承受的拉拔力大小是否达标进行检测,目前虽有相关的检测装置,但大多只适用于地面,不适用井下的锚杆拉拔力检测。本文我们从赤峰柴胡栏子黄金矿业有限公司柴胡栏子金矿的实际井下作业情况出发,对锚杆拉拔力检测装置进行了研究设计,设计出一套使用于检测矿山竖井内安装的锚杆可承受的拉拔力大小是否符合规范标准要求的检测装置,并对其进行了应用试验,结果表示该设备有极大的经济价值和实用价值,本文我们将就此展开探讨。 Bolt reinforcement technology is a kind of active support technology with simple structure,which can maintain the integrity and stability of surrounding rock to the maximum extent,and can effectively control the deformation,displacement and crack development of surrounding rock.Dynamic support.In the process of Engineering construction,the detection of resistance to pull-out force will be widely used in underground,underground,it is necessary to test whether the magnitude of the bolt can withstand the pull-out force,although there are some.However,most of them are only applicable to the ground,and are not suitable for the detection of anchor pulling force.Starting from the actual underground operation of Chaihulanzi Gold Mine of Chifeng Chaihulanzi Gold Mining Co.,Ltd.,this paper studies and designs the detection device of anchor pull-out force,and designs a set of detection device which can be used to detect whether the anchor can bear the pull-out force in the mine shaft meets the standard requirements.The results show that the equipment has great economic value and practical value,and we will discuss it in this paper.
