摘要
本文针对研究生就业与地区发展的关系,以2009-2016年山东省17地市的研究生就业存量数据和地区发展相关数据为基础,采用基尼系数、空间重心模型两种方法分别探测研究生就业与地区发展的时间演变规律、两者在空间上的地域分布不平衡性及重心迁移轨迹.研究发现:山东省研究生就业与地区发展处于较匹配的状态,年度变化较小.从重心迁移轨迹看,研究生就业与地区发展均呈现明显的区域非均衡性,集聚方位均指向东部,且地区发展在该方向的集聚程度更强;研究生就业与地区发展的空间分布格局较为接近,处于较匹配的状态;研究生就业与地区发展的空间重心轨迹存在2-3年的时滞,在剔除时滞效应后,研究生就业与地区发展的空间重心轨迹迁移方向表现一致.并提出相应的解决措施,合理引导研究生就业流动,以实现研究生就业与地区发展的优化组合.
Based on the stock of the postgraduates′employments and regional development related data in17cities in Shandong province of2009-2016,this study explores the relationship between postgraduates′employments′and regional development,using Gini coefficient and Gravity Model,we analyze the time evolution law of graduate employment and regional development,the geographical imbalance of the two in space and the trajectory of gravity.The study finds that the postgraduates′employment and regional development in Shandong province are in a relatively matching state,with slight annual changes.In terms of the trajectory of gravity,postgraduates′employments and regional development have obvious regional non-equilibrium,the agglomeration orientation points to the east,and the regional development is more concentrated in this direction.The spatial distribution pattern of postgraduates′employment and regional development is relatively close and in a relatively matched state.There is a2~3year time lag between postgraduates′employments and regional development,but the moving tendencies of gravity center of the two are consistent if the time-lag effect is neglected.The study also proposes corresponding solutions for the rational guidance of postgraduates′employments to achieve an optimal combination of postgraduates′employment and regional development.
