摘要
为解决仿真生产实验平台中设备布局方法单一、可重构性不强的问题,利用Matlab和Python语言对仿真生产实验平台设备布局系统进行设计与开发。针对实验平台中设备的大小、位置、数量都会变化的动态布局问题,采用GA-Lyaout算法进行优化,并且对Python、Flexsim等软件开放接口,以提高程序数据输入速度及可视化仿真效率。该系统降低了重构车间布局的设计难度,增强了可操作性及便利性。
In order to solve the problem of the single device layout and low reconfigurability in the simulation manufacturing experimental platform,the Matlab and Python languages are used to design and develop the workshop layout system for the simulation manufacturing experimental platform.The GA-Lyaout algorithm is used to optimize the dynamic layout of the equipment in the experimental platform,which will vary in size,location and quantity,and it also opens interfaces to Python,Flexsim and other software to improve the speed of the program data input and the efficiency of the visual simulation.This system reduces the design difficulty of refactoring workshop layout and enhances operability and convenience.
