摘要
利用真空制坯热轧复合法成功制备耐磨复合板,其复合界面结合良好,没有明显的裂纹或未结合点,且在复合界面处形成两侧金属共有的再结晶晶粒,复合界面较为干净,仅在两侧金属共有的晶粒内部存在少量弥散分布的颗粒状细小Si-Mn氧化物。耐磨复合板复合界面的剪切强度大于380MPa,抗剪切性能良好,经过行热处理后,复合界面的剪切强度稍有提高,但对基层钢板的强度、塑性及韧性影响较大。热处理后复合板耐磨层表面布氏硬度达到400HB,满足国标对NM360要求。
The wear-resistant clad steel plate that is cladded by the means of vacuum hot rolling technique enjoys high interface bonding strength without obvious cracks and lack of bonding points,and has the recrystallized gains shared by the metal at the two sides of the interface to offer a clean interface with a few dispersed fine Si-Mn oxides in the recrystallized gains.The shear strength of the interface is higher than380MPa and can increase slightly after heat treatment,but this has significant negative influence on the strength,plasticity and toughness of the base steel.The surface hardness of the wear resistant layer of heat treated clad steel plates reaches400HB and meets the requirement by applicable national standards for MN360.
