摘要 对比国内外主要溶剂脱沥青技术的应用情况、加工工艺条件以及综合能耗,包括国外Rose技术、Demex技术等及国内重油梯级分离技术;对利用溶剂脱沥青技术生产高附加值特种产品进行了综述,包括以溶剂脱沥青技术为基础生产150BS光亮油以及中间相沥青等;阐述了以溶剂脱沥青技术为龙头的重油加工组合工艺的研究进展,最后指出国内的溶剂脱沥青技术存在发展不平衡等问题,与国外相比尚有差距,应加强对工艺、设备的优化,提高我国溶剂脱沥青水平。 The application of solvent deasphalting technologies at home and abroad is summarized in this paper,with processing conditions and comprehensive energy consumptions compared between major solvent deasphalting technologies.The foreign ROSE technology and Demex technology,as well as the domestic heavy oil stage separation technology are introduced in particular along with their characteristics.This paper reviews the production of high value-added special products by solvent deasphalting technology,mainly including150BS bright oil and mesophase pitch.It also outlines the research progress of combined processes for heavy oil processing with solvent deasphalting technology as the leader,pinpoints the problems like unbalanced development in domestic solvent deasphalting technology and the gap with foreign technologies,and calls for more efforts to optimize technological process and equipment to push forward the further development of China's solvent deasphalting technology.
