临床路径式教学在呼吸内科教学查房中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨临床路径式教学法在呼吸内科教学查房中的应用。方法纳入2017年1月—2018年1月60名呼吸内科教学查房学生作为研究对象。采用数字表法,将其分为两组,每组各30名。一般模式组采用一般的临床教学方法,临床路径式教学组采用临床路径式教学法。比较两组呼吸内科教学查房满意度;教师对学生病例处理的能力、基础操作的技能以及专业理论知识掌握度的考核评分;学生对教学模式提高临床逻辑思维能力、提高资料查阅能力、提高主动学习能力、锻炼交流能力的认可度。结果临床路径式教学组呼吸内科教学查房满意度高于一般模式组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);临床路径式教学组教师对学生病例处理的能力、基础操作的技能以及专业理论知识掌握度的考核评分均高于一般模式组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床路径式教学组学生对教学模式提高临床逻辑思维能力、提高资料查阅能力、提高主动学习能力、锻炼交流能力的认可度高于一般模式组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论呼吸内科教学查房改革中临床路径式教学法的运用效果确切,可提升学生的满意度,提高学生的学习能力和逻辑思维,促进其理论和技能的掌握。 Objective To explore the application of clinical path teaching method in ward rounds of respiratory medicine teaching.Methods60students in respiratory medicine teaching rounds from January2017to January2018were included as the research subjects.Digit table method was used to divide them into two groups,each with30members.The general model group adopted general clinical teaching methods.The clinical pathway teaching group adopted the clinical pathway teaching method.The satisfaction of teaching rounds of respiratory medicine between the two groups was compared.That teachers'assessment of students'case handling ability,basic operation skills and professional theoretical knowledge and students'acceptance of teaching mode to improve clinical logical thinking ability,data access ability,active learning ability and communication ability was conducted as the comparative aspects in the study.Results The satisfaction of teaching rounds of respiratory medicine in clinical pathway teaching group was higher than that in general mode group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Teachers in the clinical pathway teaching group scored higher than those in the general model group in case handling ability,basic operation skills and professional theoretical knowledge,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The students in the clinical pathway teaching group recognized the teaching mode to improve clinical logical thinking ability,improve data access ability,improve active learning ability and exercise communication ability more than those in the general model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical path-based teaching method in the reform of respiratory medicine teaching is effective,which can improve students'satisfaction,improve students'learning ability and logical thinking,and promote their mastery of theory and skills.
