摘要
文章运用理论研究和文献研读的方法,从公共决策视角分析了美国智库的发展阶段、发展现状、社会功能、发展特点和研究趋势,总结了美国智库的发展经验和启示,并认为我国应该有选择性地学习美国智库先进的运行管理经验,构建符合经济社会决策发展要求的高端智库。
This article applies the methods of theoretical research and literature study to analyze the development stages,present situation,social function and development characteristics as well as research trend of American think tanks from the perspective of public decision-making.Meanwhile,it summarizes the development experience and enlightenment of American think tank,and holds that China should selectively learn from the advanced operation and management of American think tank to build a high-end one that can meet the requirements of domestic economic and social decision-making development.
