大采高工作面运输巷超前支护工艺改进及应用 被引量:5

摘要 为解决长平煤矿大采高工作面运输巷使用单体柱进行超前支护耗时长、工人劳动强度大、费用高、安全性低等缺陷,通过对运输巷顶板压力的实测,选取ZQL2X3000/27/55型液压支架进行超前支护,改进了运输巷超前支护工艺,不仅能够有效防止运输巷超前支护段顶板受压局部冒落,而且减少了超前支护工序占用的生产时间,提高了回采工效,减轻了职工劳动强度,降低了生产成本,现场使用效果显著。 In order to solve the problems of long time,high labor intensity,high cost and low safety of workers,the ZQL2X3000/27/55 hydraulic support was selected by measuring the top plate pressure in Changping Coal Mine,the advanced support technology of transportation lanes has been improved,which not only can effectively prevent partial fall of the top plate of the advanced support section of transportation lanes,but also reduces the production time occupied by the advanced support process,improves the recovery efficiency,reduces the labor intensity of employees,and reduces production costs,the field use effect is remarkable.
