星点设计-效应面法在顶空气相色谱法检测酒中氰化物顶空参数优化上的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用星点设计-效应面法优选顶空气相色谱法检测酒中氰化物的顶空参数条件,得出最佳顶空参数条件。方法 以顶空平衡时间、顶空平衡温度为主要影响因素,以氰化物衍生物氯化氰的峰面积为评价指标,采用星点-效应面法优选顶空气相色谱法测定酒中氰化物的顶空参数。结果 星点效应面的3D图可提供顶空条件参数的选择,顶空气相色谱法检测酒中氰化物的最优顶空参数条件为:顶空平衡温度65℃,顶空平衡时间15min。结论 星点设计理论的模式适合顶空气相色谱法测定酒中氰化物顶空参数的优化及选择。 Objective To optimize headspace parameters for determination of cyanide in wine by headspace gas chromatography,with the use of Central Composite Design-Response Surface Methodology. Methods The headspace equilibrium time and equilibrium temperature were taken as the main factors,and the peak area of cyanide derivative cyanogen chloride was taken as the evaluation index.Headspace parameters of cyanide in wine were determined by star point-effect surface method. Results The 3D map of star-point effect surface provided the selection of headspace condition parameters.The optimal headspace parameter condition for the determination of cyanide in wine by headspace parameterswas as follows:the headspace equilibrium temperature was 65℃and the headspace equilibrium time was 15min. Conclusion The model of the star point design theory is suitable for the optimization and selection of cyanide headspace parameters in wine by headspace gas chromatography.
