摘要
华润电力(贺州)有限公司2*1045MW机组,每台锅炉配2台动叶可调式轴流送风机,2017年7月对#1机组送风机先进行了变频改造。1000MW级机组动叶可调式轴流送风机变频改造在国内同行业中尚属首次,由于送风机可靠性要求高,在设计上采用了全自动旁路,另外变频设备散热采用空水冷系统,这不仅增加了设备可靠性,同时还实现二次节能,大大节省了空调运行成本。本文详细介绍了送风机变频从设计、施工、运行方式及节能效率等方面的创新与实践。
China Resources Power(Hezhou)Co.,Ltd.2*1045MW units,each with2sets of adjustable axial flow fan for moving blades,in July 2017,the inverter of#l unit was firstly transformed.The variable frequency transformation of the adjustable axial flow fan of the1000MW class is the first time in the same industry in China.Due to the high reliability requirements of the blower,the automatic bypass is adopted in the design,and the air cooling system of the frequency conversion equipment adopts the air cooling system,which not only increases The equipment reliability,while also achieving secondary energy saving,greatly saves the operating cost of air conditioning.This paper introduces in detail the innovation and practice of the design,construction,operation mode and energy saving efficiency of the blower frequency conversion.
