摘要
目的:观察五点套扎法联合消痔灵硬化注射(简称为五点套扎法)和外剥内扎术治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度内痔的临床疗效。方法:将60例Ⅱ～Ⅲ期内痔患者,随机分为治疗组(五点套扎法)和对照组(外剥内扎术),观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院天数、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分及复发率。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后VAS评分及住院天数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五点套扎法治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ度内痔疗效确切,疼痛轻,出血量少,恢复快。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the five-point ligation method combined with Xiaozhiling injection sclerotherapy in the treatment ofhemorrhoids ofⅡ~Ⅲdegree.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with internal hemorrhoids were collected and randomly divided into observation group(five-point ligation method combined with Xiaozhiling injection sclerotherapy)andcontrol group(milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy).The operation time,intra-operative hemorrhage,hospitalization days,VASscores and the recurrence rate of the patients in each group were observed.Results:The operation time,intra-operative hemorrhage,hospitalization days in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)and the VAS scores on the first day and fifth day after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the treatment of Hemorrhoids with five-point ligation method combined with Xiaozhiling injection sclerotherapy is significant,it is easy to operate with small pain,less blood lossand the patients recover fast.
