基于改进的TOPSIS-PSR模型甘肃省城市土地利用系统安全性评价及障碍度分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了深入研究甘肃省城市土地利用系统发展状况,推动城市健康发展.采用基于TOPSIS算法的PSR模型,根据系统压力、系统状态、系统响应三个准则层,选取18个指标层构建指标分析体系.采用熵权法和层次分析法组合赋权,确定各指标的权重,并计算各指标贴近度,同时根据生态阻力诊断模型计算出各指标阻力指数.结果表明:(1)2005-2015年,系统压力贴近度,呈先上升再下降的走势;系统状态和系统响应贴近度呈上升发展态势,各子系统贴近度主要位于0.40~0.60之间,处于临界状态.甘肃省城市土地利用系统由不安全状态转变为临界状态,系统安全性越来越好,但是贴近度均未超过0.7,距最优贴近度仍有一定的差距.(2)2005-2012年,障碍度较大的指标主要有城市人均公园绿地面积、城市建成区绿化覆盖率、人均城市道路面积等,障碍因子主要集中状态和系统响应方面;2013-2015年,障碍度较大的指标主要有城市生态用水量所占用水总量比值、城市人均日生活用水量、城市化水平等,障碍因子主要集中于系统压力和系统状态方面.(3)决策部门应从城市人口布局、城市绿化、城市水资源等方面制定更加精确、严谨的政策和措施,缓解城市发展与生态保护的矛盾. In order to study the development of urban land use system and promote the healthy development of the city in Gansu Province,based on the TOPSIS-PSR model,we selected 18 indexes of construction index analysis systems according to the system pressure,system status and system response.Weight of each index were determined by entropy method and AHP,close degree of each index was calculated,resistance index of each index was calculated according to the ecological resistance diagnosis model.The results show that:①from 2005 to 2015,the system pressure is close to the degree,showing a first rise and then decline trend;the system state and the system response closeness are rising,and closeness of each subsystem is mainly between 0.40 and 0.60,which is in the critical state.The urban land use system in Gansu Province has changed from unsafe state to critical state,and the security of the system is getting better and better,but the degree of closeness is not more than 0.7,and there is still a certain gap from optimal degree of closeness.②from 2005 to 2012,the indicators of the main obstacles were per capita park green space area,urban built-up area green coverage rate,per capita urban road area,and the factors of the main obstacles were concentrated state and system response.From 2013 to 2015,the main indicators with large obstacle degree were ratio of total amount of water occupied by urban ecological water consumption,urban per capita daily living water consumption,urbanization level,etc.The obstacle factors were mainly concentrated in system pressure and system state.③Decision making departments should make more precise and rigorous policies and measures in terms of urban population layout,urban greening and urban water resources,so as to ease the contradiction between urban development and ecological protection.
