摘要 1 结直肠癌肺转移概论和流行病学结直肠癌的发病率逐年上升,2015年我国结直肠癌发病率和死亡率均位于所有恶性肿瘤的第5位[1]。结直肠癌发病率升高的趋势在大城市尤为明显,已经上升为上海地区的第二高发肿瘤。近年来,随着胸部CT的广泛应用,被诊断为肺转移的结直肠癌患者比例也越来越高。
