摘要
原子转移自由基聚合反应(ATRP)及其改进型AGET ATRP因接枝功能单体分子量及分子量分布具有较好的可控性,近年在纺织材料的功能改性中得到了一定程度的应用。传统ATRP因催化体系催化效率低和部分成分容易氧化等问题限制了其应用。ARGET ATRP与传统ATRP相比不需要添加配体反应,其在碱作用及铁催化下实现了接枝共聚反应的顺利进行,极大降低了反应成本。除此之外,开发高效的"绿色"催化体系将成为ARGET ATRP研究的热点。
Atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)and its improved AGET ATRP have good controllability due to the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the grafting functional monomer.In recent years,the functional modification of textile materials has been applied.The traditional ATRP limits its application due to its low catalytic efficiency and easy oxidation of some components.Compared to traditional ATRP,ARGET ATRP does not require addition of a ligand reaction.It achieves the smooth progress of graft copolymerization under alkali action and iron catalysis,which greatly reduces the reaction cost.In addition,the development of efficient green catalytic systems will become a hot spot for ARGET ATRP research.
