护理诊断、结局与措施分类在1例心脏移植病人中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 心脏移植是唯一被证实对终末期心力衰竭有效的外科治疗方法[1],被广泛应用于临床,在临床中如何提高心脏移植病人的护理质量一直是护理人员思考的问题。护理诊断、结局和措施链接(NANDA-NOC-NIC链接,即NNN链接)是由美国爱荷华大学提出的标准化护理语言的链接[2]。NANDA的每一个护理诊断都包含诊断的名称与定义、建议的护理结局,每一个结局后面都列出了这个结局可能需要采取的措施,包括主要措施、建议措施、选择措施[3]。
