摘要
随着城镇化进程日益加快,"农村空心化、农业边缘化、农民老龄化"问题应运而生。在中国特色社会主义新时代,为了解决上述"三农"问题,党的十九大报告中首次旗帜鲜明的提出了乡村振兴战略。在顶层设计之下,不同学科的专家、学者都从各自不同的视角,提出解决这一复杂问题的思路和方法。通过对这一问题相关研究的系统梳理,研究者达成一种共识:进行乡村振兴首先要解决的核心问题,就是如何让缺失的主体(人)有序的回归。
With the rapid development of urbanization,such issues as“rural hollowing”,“agricultural marginalization”and“farmers aging”have emerged.During the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,our Party has put forward to rural revitalization in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC in order to resolve the issued mentioned above.Specialists from different fields have proposed different methods based on different perceptions.The present study focused on the relative research studies and proposed their common sense-the core issue of rural revitalization is to let the subjects(people)regain orderly.
