摘要
采用高温好氧堆肥方式,研究不同添加物对海鲜菇渣堆体温度以及腐熟前后理化性质与养分含量的影响。结果表明,相较于自然堆放的腐熟方式,加入鸡粪肥、尿素、鸽子粪等添加物,均能够提高堆体温度,延长高温持续时间,增加堆体容重和p H值,有效提高堆体腐熟效率。经筛选,每立方米海鲜菇渣堆体中加入240 g发酵菌剂和10 kg鸽子粪,控制基质含水量55%左右,堆体升温快,高温持续时间长,营养成分含量最高,容重和孔隙度均保持较高水平,除EC值外,其余指标均符合理想基质的最佳范围。
The effects of different additives on the temperature change of mushroom(Hypsizygus marmoreus)residue heap and the physicochemical properties and nutrient contents before and after decomposing were studied by high temperature aerobic composting.The results showed that compared with the natural decomposing method,the addition of chicken manure,urea,pigeon droppings and other additives can increase the temperature of the mushroom stack and the duration of high temperature,increase the bulk density and pH value of the residue heap,and effectively improve the efficiency of residue decomposing.After screening,240g of fermenting bacteria and10kg of pigeon manure were added to every cubic meter of H.marmoreus residue.The water content of the compose was controlled to be about55%.The H.marmoreus residue heated up quickly and the high temperature lasted for a long time,the nutrient content was the highest,and the bulk density and porosity kept at relatively high levels.Except for the EC value,the other indicators were in line with the optimal range of the ideal substrate.
