压缩比及燃烧室结构对天然气发动机性能影响的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 阐述了稀薄燃烧天然气发动机缸内不同气体运动产生机理,分析了缸内气体运动对发动机燃烧过程的影响,并对不同压缩比对天然气发动机工作过程和性能的影响进行了模拟分析。为某稀薄燃烧天然气发动机设计了不同结构形状及不同压缩比的燃烧室,并进行台架对比试验,研究不同结构及不同压缩比的燃烧室对发动机性能的影响。最后,通过综合分析选出最合适该发动机的燃烧室。 The mechanism of different gas flows in the cylinder of a lean burn natural gas engine is described,and the influence of gas flow on the combustion process of the engine was analyzed.The effect of compression ratio on the performance of a gas engine was simulated.The combustion chambers with different structural shapes and different compression ratios were designed for a lean bum natural gas engine.The influence of compression ratio and structure of combustion chamber on the performance of the natural gas engine were carried out by comparison testing,and the most appropriate combustion chamber was selected for the engine after a comprehensive analysis and consideration.
