Design of the Automatic Assembling Special Machine for Dynamic Vortex Plate Component of Scroll Compressor

摘要 针对目前涡旋压缩机动涡盘组件装配自动化水平低、劳动强度大的现状,考虑涡旋压缩机装配线的特点,设计了一种涡旋压缩机动涡盘组件自动装配专机,详细介绍了专机的总体方案及结构布局、机械结构、气动系统和控制系统。装置采用PLC控制,通过伺服电机驱动的丝杠螺母机构实现工位间精确切换,气动系统实现物料夹取,伺服电动缸模块化的闭环控制系统控制压装过程,传感器监测装配过程相关参数,合理的结构设计保证装配顺利完成。研究分析表明:该装置结构简单、操作方便、自动化水平较高,既可自动装配又可以手动装配,能够满足工程需要。 For the problem of the current situation of low automation level and high labor intensity of scroll compressor assembly,as well as considering the characteristics of vortex compressor assembly line,an automatic assembling special machine for dynamic vortex plate component of scroll compressor was designed.The overall scheme and structure configuration were introduced in detail,as well as mechanical structure,pneumatic system and control system.PLC was adopted in the device.Accurate switching between workstation was realized through screw nut mechanism driven by Servo motor.Clipping of the workpiece was achieved through pneumatic system.The pressing process was controlled by the modular closed loop control system of servo electric culinder.The related parameters of assembly process were monitored by sensors.The smooth operation of the device was ensured through reasonable structural design.The research and analysis show that both automatic assembly and manual assembly could be realized and the special machine was good enough to meet the engineering need because of simple structure,convenient operation and higher automation level.
