摘要
目的观察糖尿病性骨质疏松合并股骨颈骨折的围手术护理效果。方法时间段为2014年8月—2018年10月,在该院治疗的患者中选取糖尿病性骨质疏松合并股骨颈骨折患者58例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各29例,分别给予常规护理、围手术护理,观察患者并发症发生率、髋关节功能、日常生活能力及血糖水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组并发症发生率低,Harris髋关节功能评分、Barthel指数高,血糖水平低(P<0.05)。结论给予糖尿病性骨质疏松合并股骨颈骨折患者围手术护理,能促进关节功能恢复,减少并发症发生,提高日常生活能力,有效控制血糖水平,效果较好,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the perioperative nursing effect of diabetic osteoporosis combined with femoral neck fracture.Methods From August2014to October2018,58patients with diabetic osteoporosis complicated with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group,29cases were given separately.Routine care,perioperative care,observation of the patient's complication rate,hip function,daily living ability and blood glucose levels were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications was low in the observation group.Harris hip function score,Barthel index,and blood glucose level were low(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing for patients with diabetic osteoporosis complicated with femoral neck fracture can promote joint function recovery,reduce complications,improve daily living ability,and effectively control blood glucose level.The effect is good and worth learning.
