摘要
目的研究分析肝胆胰疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理。方法选取该院自2017年2月—2018年4月收治的肝胆胰疾病合并糖尿病患者90例为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法将两组肝胆胰疾病合并糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例患者,两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上应用围手术期护理干预,观察比较两组肝胆胰疾病合并糖尿病患者的餐前血糖,餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白指标情况以及患者术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者的餐前血糖,餐后2 h血糖,糖化血红蛋白情况优于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术后并发症发生率低于对照组患者,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予肝胆胰疾病合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理,能够提高患者的治疗效果,降低患者的并发症发生率,安全性较高,值得推荐。
Objective To investigate the nursing of patients with hepatobiliary pancreatic diseases combined with diabetes during the perioperative period.Methods90cases of patients with hepatobiliary pancreatic diseases combined with diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from February2017to April2018were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with45cases in each,both groups used the routine nursing,the observation group used the nursing intervention during the perioperative period on the basis of the routine nursing,and the blood glucose before meal,blood glucose in2h after meal,glycosylated hemoglobin and incidence rate of postoperative complications were observed and compared.Results The blood glucose before meal,blood glucose in2h after meal,glycosylated hemoglobin and incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of preoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative nursing for patients with hepatobiliary pancreatic diseases combined with diabetes can improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence rate of complications of patients with high safety,and it is worth recommending.
