生长停滞特异性基因6和基质金属蛋白酶9在胆管癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量:4

The expression and clinical significance of Gas6 and MMP-9 in cholangiocarcinoma

摘要 目的探讨生长停滞特异性基因6(growth arrest specific-6,Gas6)和基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metallo proteinase-9,MMP-9)在胆管癌组织中的表达情况及其相关性。方法收集60例胆管癌组织及17例癌旁胆管组织(对照组),采用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测Gas6、MMP-9蛋白表达情况,并分析Gas6、MMP-9蛋白表达的相关性。结果胆管癌组织中Gas6、MMP-9蛋白阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。发生淋巴结转移患者和发生肝动脉或门静脉受侵犯患者Gas6、MMP-9蛋白阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移和无肝动脉或门静脉受侵犯患者(P<0.05)。Gas6与MMP-9在胆管癌组织中的阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Gas6、MMP-9阳性表达与胆管癌的发生发展存在密切关系。 Objective To study the expression of growth arrest specific-6(Gas6)and matrix metallo proteinase-9(MMP-9)in cholangiocarcinoma and its correlation with clinical parameters.Methods The expression of Gas6and MMP-9protein was detected by immunohistochemistry(SP)in60cases of cholangiocarcinoma and17cases of paracancerous bile ducts,combined with the clinical parameters of patients(age,tumor differentiation,tumor size,with or without lymph node metastasis,with or without hepatic artery and portal vein invasion)and other clinical factors for comprehensive analysis.Results The positive expression rate of Gas6in cholangiocarcinoma was71.7%,which was higher than that in paracancerous tissues(29.4%)(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Gas6in cholangiocarcinoma was correlated with lymph node metastasis and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of MMP-9in cholangiocarcinoma was66.7%,which was higher than that in paracancerous tissues(35.3%)(P<0.05).The expression of MMP-9in cholangiocarcinoma was correlated with lymph node metastasis and hepatic artery or portal vein invasion(P<0.05).There was positive relationship between the expression of Gas6and MMP-9(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Gas6and MMP-9was closly associated with the development and progression of cholangiocarcinoma.
