摘要
文章综述了近年来从国外引进的优良肉牛品种对本土牛杂交改良方面的研究应用情况,重点介绍了西门塔尔、安格斯、夏洛莱、利木赞等优良品种与本地牛的杂交后代在生长发育性能、产肉性能、繁殖性能、胴体品质、抗病性及经济效益等方面的表现,旨在总结中国肉牛的杂交改良工作,为进一步推动中国肉牛杂交改良体系的形成提供参考。
The paper summerizes the research and application of crossbreed improvement for fine breed beef cattle from abroad and local cattle at home in recent years.It focuses on the performance of hybrid offspring of Simmental,Angus,Chrolais,Limousin and other fine breeds with local cattle breeds in growth performance,beef production,reproduction performance,carcass quality,antidisease performance,and economic benefits,aiming to provide a reference for the further promotion of the formation of beef cattle hybrid improvement system in China.
