摘要
目的:探讨针对性护理在川芎嗪治疗上消化道出血并发脑梗死患者中的效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年5月我院5例上消化道出血并发脑梗死患者为研究对象,为患者应用川芎嗪治疗,根据护理方案的不同分成两组,对照组用常规护理,观察组用针对性护理,对比两种方案实施效果。结果:观察组的总有效率93.10%高于对照组的75.865,观察组的心理状况评分低于对照组,治疗依从性评分、生活质量评分、满意度评分高于对照组,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理在川芎嗪治疗上消化道出血并发脑梗死患者中的效果显著,稳定情绪,提升治疗依从性,提高疗效和生活质量,值得应用。
To explore the effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage complicated with cerebral infarction with ligustrazine.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2018,5 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage complicated with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected as the research object.The patients were treated with tetramethylpyrazine.The patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing schemes.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%higher than that of the control group(75.865).The psychological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The treatment compliance score,quality of life score and satisfaction score were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with cerebral infarction in patients with significant effect,emotional stability,improve treatment compliance,improve the efficacy and quality of life,it is worth applying.
