固定化微生物对湖塘底泥有机污染的减量化 被引量:2

摘要 为研究湖塘上覆水体COD浓度与底泥有机污染物释放之间的关系,采用固定化微生物技术(IM)原位修复湖塘底泥,在实验室模拟条件下通过改变固定化微生物载体柱的设置位置、上覆水溶解氧以及上覆水p H,探讨了IM技术的最佳工艺条件;然后以湖塘水为上覆水,在最佳条件下进行验证实验,了解上覆水及底泥修复情况,并采用GC-MS技术分析修复后沉积物中有机污染物的降解情况。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为:将载体柱设置在泥水交界面,并且上覆水的溶解氧浓度和p H值分别为6 mg/L和7。最佳工艺条件下,经过一个月的原位修复,IM组上覆水水质由劣Ⅴ类变成了Ⅲ类,而对照组为Ⅳ类;同时IM组底泥的总有机质去除率达到33. 4%,并且GC-MS结果显示,与对照组相比经修复,IM组底泥样品中各种类型有机物的浓度均显著降低。 In order to study the influence of organic pollutants released from lake sediments on COD concentration in water,the immobilized microbe(IM)technique was used to repair the sediment.Under the condition of laboratory simulation,the optimum conditions of IM system were analyzed by changing the IM setting position,dissolved oxygen(DO)and pH of overlying water.Then the experiment was carried out under the optimum conditions to grasp the efficiency of overlying water and sediment restoration,and the degradation of organic pollutant in the sediments was analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS).The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:the column was set at the interface of muddy water,and the dissolved oxygen concentration and pH of overlying water were 6 mg/L and 7,respectively.Under the optimal conditions,the overlying water quality of IM group changed from inferior V to III after a month of in situ repair,while the control group wasⅣ.And the total organic matter removal rate of sediment in IM group reached 33.4%.GC-MS results showed that,the concentrations of various organic compounds in the mud samples of IM group were significantly reduced compared with the control group.Among them,five organic concentrations had fallen below the detection limit.
