摘要
为烤烟新品系09011在广元烟区生产上的适时移栽提供依据,采用单因素随机区组试验设计方法进行田间试验,设置4月20日、4月25日和4月30日3个移栽期,研究不同移栽期对烤烟农艺性状、经济性状和烤后烟叶化学成分含量的影响。结果表明:4月25日移栽的烟叶生长发育较好、产值与上等烟比例较高、化学成分协调性较好,综合表现最佳;3个移栽期上部叶的糖碱比在优质烟叶适宜范围内,而中部叶的糖碱比则高于其适宜范围,所有处理的上部叶和中部叶氮碱比均偏低,而钾氯比则符合优质烟叶标准的要求。09011在广元烟区的适宜移栽时间为4月25日,在烤烟生产中需要进一步改进栽培措施,促进烟叶化学成分更加协调。
The effects of three transplanting dates(20,April,25,April and 30,April)on agronomic and economic traits of 09011 line(a new flue-cured tobacco line)and the content of chemical components of its cured tobacco leaves were studied by a single-factor randomized block experiment to provide the scientific basis for timely transplanting of 09011 line in Guangyuan tobacco-growing area.Result:09011 line transplanted on 25,April has the advantages of better growth and development,higher output value,higher first-class tobacco proportion,good chemical components harmony and best comprehensive performance.The sugar/nicotine ratio of the upper leaves of 09011 line transplanted on 20,April,25,April and 30,April all is in the suitable range for quality tobacco leaves but the sugar/nicotine ratio of the middle leaves is higher than the suitable range for quality tobacco leaves.The nitrogen/nicotine ratio of the upper and middle leaves under three treatments is low but potassium/chlorine ratio accords with the standard of quality tobacco leaves.The optimum transplanting date of 09011 line is on 25,April in Guangyuan tobacco-growing area but the cultivation measure should be further improved in tobacco production to promote more harmony of tobacco chemical components.
