摘要
目的:调查安徽省男护士离职意愿现状及其影响因素,为管理者制定稳定男护士队伍的干预措施提供参考依据。方法:采用便利抽样法选择安徽省116名男护士,采用护士离职意愿量表、职业认同感量表、职业生涯规划管理量表进行问卷调查。结果:男护士离职意愿得分为(15.63±3.74)分,护士职业认同感、职业生涯规划管理与离职意愿呈负相关。多元线性回归分析显示,改行意愿、自评工作满意度、职业探索是离职意愿的影响因素。结论:加强护士职业生涯规划管理培训及职业认同感培养可降低男护士离职意愿。
Objective:To investigate the current status quo and influencing factors of male nurses'willingness to leave in Anhui Province,and provide reference for managers to develop intervention measures to stabilize male nurses.Methods:116 male nurses in Anhui Province were surveyed by convenient sampling method using the nurses'turnover intention scale,occupational identity scale and career planning management scale.Results:The nurses'willingness to leave was(15.63±3.74),and the willingness to leave was higher.The nurses'professional identity,career planning management and turnover intention were negatively correlated(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the willingness to change,the self-evaluation job satisfaction,and career exploration had an impact on the turnover intention score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthing the career planning management training of nurses and the cultivation of professional identity can reduce the willingness of male nurses to leave.
