摘要
高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。大学生思想政治教育服务于"立德树人"的人才培养宗旨。河西学院十年援疆实习支教,师范生全面参与民族地区基础教育教学工作,自觉接受党的爱国主义教育、民族团结教育和形势政策教育,丰富了实践教学内容,提高了从教教学技能,磨练了大学生意志品质。总结实践教学中师范生思想政治教育经验,为在校大学生思想政治教育提供借鉴。
Ideological and political work in universities concerns the fundamental question of what kind of talents should be cultivated,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate.The ideological and political education of college students serves the purpose of personnel training of“cultivating morality and cultivating people”.Hexi University has assisted Xinjiang in teaching practice for ten years.The Normal School Students fully participated in basic education and teaching in minority areas,and consciously accepted the patriotism education,national unity education and situation policy education,enriching the practical teaching,improving the interns’teaching skills,and building up the university students’willpower.It’s of great significance tosummarize the experience of Ideological and political education of normal school studentsto provide reference for the ideological and political education of university students.
