摘要
实体零售店在电商冲击和新型销售方式的影响下逐步陷入发展困境,提供高质量产品是实体零售商突破困境的重要途径之一。为此研究由一个主导型零售商和两个制造商构成的两级供应链,零售商销售由两个制造商提供的两种功能相近但质量有差异的产品,零售商为主导者。建立无制造商进行质量投资的模型、单个制造商进行质量投资的模型和两个制造商均进行质量投资的模型。运用博弈论理论,经数学推导得出单个制造商和两个制造商作出质量投资决策的条件阈值,及零售商调整销售比例对制造商投资决策的影响。由零售商控制的销售比例和产品差异性共同影响制造商的投资效果;零售商采用的求稳策略和竞争策略对制造商质量投资决策的影响不同。通过数值分析对模型结果进行验证。
Under the impact of e-commerce and new sales modes,the brick-and-mortar retail stores are getting into difficulties.Supplying high quality products is an important way to break through the trouble.Therefore,a two-stage supply chain consisting of a dominant retailer and two manufacturers is studied.The retailer sells two types of products provided by the two manufacturers with similar functions but different quality,and the retailer is dominant.The model of no quality investment by the manufacturers,the model of quality investment by one of the manufacturers,and the model of quality investment by the two manufacturers are established.Using the game theory,the conditional thresholds of quality investment decisions made by one manufacturer and two manufacturers are obtained by mathematical derivation,and the influence of sales ratio adjustment by the retailer on investment decision by manufacturers is obtained.The ratio of sales controlled by the retailer and the difference of products affect the investment effect of manufacturers,and the stability strategies and competition strategies adopted by the retailer have different effects on the quality investment decisions of manufacturers.The model results are verified by numerical analysis.
