摘要
目的:探讨早期肠内营养支持应用于胰十二指肠切除术后的效果。方法:选取医院行胰十二指肠切除术的52例患者为研究对象,随机分为甲、乙两组,甲组患者术后进行肠外营养支持,乙组患者进行肠内营养支持。观察比较两组患者营养前和营养后的基础营养状况变化、胃肠功能、营养支持并发症发生率、平均住院时长和住院平均花费。结果:乙组患者基础营养状况普遍优于甲组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),乙组患者营养支持并发症发生率也要低于甲组。乙组患者平均住院时长、平均住院花费与甲组相比,时长更短且花费更少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者在进行胰十二指肠切除术后采用早期肠内营养支持的方案更符合生理状态,营养状况恢复更好,并发症的发生率显著降低且兼具花费更少的优点,建议临床上对此类患者选用肠内营养的方案进行术后营养支持。
Objective:To study the effect of early enteral nutrition support on pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods: A total of 52 patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy at the Hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. Parenteral nutrition support, group B patients with enteral nutrition support. The changes of basal nutritional status, gastrointestinal function, nutritional support complication rate, average length of hospital stay and average hospitalization cost before and after nutrition were compared between the two groups. Results: The basic nutritional status of group B was generally better than that of group A. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of nutritional support complications in group B was also lower than that in group A. The average length of hospitalization and hospitalization cost in group B was shorter and less expensive than group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The patient’s early enteral nutrition support after pancreaticoduodenectomy is more in line with the physiological state, the nutritional status is better, the incidence of complications is significantly reduced and the cost is less. It is recommended that the clinical Postoperative nutritional support was provided for the selection of enteral nutrition for such patients.
