摘要
生命主体视角下教师专业素养发展的核心是尊重教师的生命主体地位和人格尊严,调动教师发展的内驱力,提升教师专业素养发展的自觉性和主动性。增强教师内驱力的关键是要坚定理想信念,不断加强师德修养,提升精神境界,增强责任心和使命感,加强对教师职业的身份认同和责任担当。树立终身学习和创新发展的理念。全社会要营造尊师重教的良好氛围,让教师职业成为最令人羡慕的职业,使教师发展获得持久的内驱力。
The core of the development of teachers’ professional accomplishment from the perspective of life subject is to respect the status and dignity of teachers’ life subject, mobilize the driving force of teachers’ development, and promote the consciousness and initiative of teachers’ professional literacy development. The key to strengthening teachers’ internal drive is to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, to strengthen their moral cultivation, to enhance their spiritual state, to enhance their sense of responsibility and mission, and to strengthen their professional identity and responsibility. To establish the concept of lifelong learning and innovative development, the whole society should create a good atmosphere of respecting teachers and attaching importance to education, so that the profession of teachers can become the most enviable profession, and the development of teachers can gain a lasting drive.
