摘要
基于马克思的地租理论,探讨中国农村土地制度存在的问题,即集体土地所有权主体虚置、农民投资土地积极性不高、土地流动性不强以及土地征用制度存在缺陷等,在此基础上提出该理论对我国农村土地制度变革的启示。
On the basis of Marx's ground rent theory,this paper explores the existing problems in the rural land system in China:the vacant right of ownership of collective land,the low enthusiasm for farmers'investment,the poor land mobility and the problems of land expropriation system.On the basis of this,the corresponding measures are put forward.
