摘要
针对中国石油某石化公司重整装置在运行过程中出现的脱戊烷塔顶空冷器、后冷器频繁结盐堵塞和腐蚀泄漏进行分析。通过对国内其他同类装置类似问题处理经验进行讨论,提出工艺防腐对策。
Analysis was carried out on the salt blockage and corrosion leakage frequently occurring in the overhead air cooler and after cooler of depentanizer in the catalytic reformer in some Petrochemical Company in CNPC.The experiences for dealing witli the similar problems in otlier domestic similar devices were discussed,and process anticorrosion countermeasures were put forward.
