高抽巷在瓦斯抽采中的应用研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了解决松藻打通一矿工作面回采初期和回采期间瓦斯超限、制约煤矿安全生产的问题,对W2709S工作面采用了高抽巷治理邻近层瓦斯技术,采用KJ90N煤矿安全综合监控系统测量了瓦斯抽采浓度和瓦斯抽采纯量等参数。结果表明,随着高抽巷的应用,W2709S工作面的瓦斯抽采浓度提高了367%,抽采纯量提高了87. 2%,工作面尾排瓦斯浓度下降了63. 2%,工作面隅角瓦斯浓度下降了23. 7%,工作面回风巷的瓦斯浓度下降了0. 34%,W2709S工作面的推进度提高了25%,同时相邻的W2709N工作面推进度提高了7%。说明高抽巷在W2709S工作面的应用,使工作面瓦斯超限问题得到了极大的缓解,同时研究为同类煤矿工作面瓦斯问题的解决提供了重要参考。 In order to solve the problem of high gas emission from the working face of Songzao Datong Mine and the issue of gas overrun,high-level drainage roadway was used for the W2709S working face to control the adjacent layer gas technology,and the KJ90N coal mine safety comprehensive monitoring system was used to measure gas drainage concentration and gas pumping scalar parameters.Results showed that,with the application of high-level drainage roadway,and W2709S face gas extraction concentration increased by 367%,the extraction of pure volume increased by 87.2%,and the working face of the tail gas concentration decreased by 63.2%,and the gas concentration in the corners of working face decreased by 23.7%,and the concentration of gas in the return airway of the working face decreased by 0.34%,and the advancing degree of the W2709S working face has been increased by 25%,and the advancing degree of the adjacent W2709N working face has been increased by 7%.This showed that the high-level drainage roadway has achieved remarkable results in the gas treatment of the W2709S working face,and at the same time,it has provided similar reference for the control of gas problems of the working face.
