摘要
目的探讨六味安神胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗轻中度焦虑抑郁的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2015年1月～2017年12月重庆市精神卫生中心收治的105例轻中度焦虑抑郁症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(52例)和治疗组(53例)。对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予六味安神胶囊治疗,两组均连续给予治疗8个疗程。评价并比较两组临床疗效、两组治疗前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。检测并比较两组治疗前后血清髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及雌激素(E_2)水平。记录并比较两组患者治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后两组MPO、LH、FSH水平均明显低于治疗前,血清5-HT、E_2水平均明显高于治疗前,且治疗组血清MPO、LH、FSH水平明显低于对照组,5-HT、E_2水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗过程中均无严重的不良反应发生。结论六味安神胶囊联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗轻中度焦虑抑郁的临床效果显著,能够明显减轻焦虑抑郁症状,改善血清MPO、5-HT和性激素水平,且安全性较好,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Liuweianshen Capsules combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of mild and moderate anxiety depression.Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,in Chongqing Mental Health Center,105 patients with mild and moderate anxiety depression were selected,according to the random indicator method,they were divided into control group(52 cases)and treatment group(53 cases).The control group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,the treatment group was treated with Liuweianshen Capsules combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,two groups were treated for 8 treatment periods.The clinical curative effect after treatment,the SAS scores,SDS scores and levels of serum MPO,5-HT,LH,FSH,E2 in two groups before and after treatment were was detected and compared.The adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment were compared.Results Total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS scores,SDS scores and levels of serum MPO,LH,FSH in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the levels of serum 5-HT,E2 in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the SAS scores,SDS scores and levels of serum MPO,LH,FSH in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,the levels of serum 5-HT,E2 were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Liuweianshen Capsules combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets for the treatment of mild and moderate anxiety depression has good efficacy and low adverse reactions,it can reduce the anxiety depression symptoms,improve the serum MPO,5-HT and sex hormone levels,and it is worthy clinical application.
