超声引导下腹横肌平面阻滞在剖宫产手术镇痛中的应用被引量：3

摘要目的:探讨超声引导下腹横肌平面阻滞(TAPB)在剖宫产手术镇痛中的应用效果及护理体会。方法:回顾性分析我院经超声引导下TAPB镇痛(观察组)及未经TAPB镇痛(对照组)的各32例剖宫产手术患者临床资料。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较两组术后2、4、8、16、24 h镇痛情况,记录舒芬太尼单位时间内用量,术后不良反应及患者满意度。结果:观察组术后各时间点VAS评分、舒芬太尼单位时间内用量及术后不良反应总发生率均低于对照组(P <0. 05),患者满意度明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:超声引导下TAPB配合其护理措施,可有效镇痛,减少产科手术不良反应,提高患者满意度,对患者术后康复有积极意义。
