摘要
实践教学是高职院校培养技能型人才的关键环节。目前市场上出现的"企业招不到人与大量毕业生找不到工作"的供需怪圈,归根结底是由于高职人才培养过程中实践教学落实不到位,学生专业技能培养不足而造成的。文中结合高职航空物流专业教学实践,在剖析航空物流实践教学现状及存在问题的基础上,探讨了基于能力培养的航空物流专业实践教学改革思路与优化途径,以为航空物流人才的培养提供理论参考。
Practical teaching is a key link to cultivating of students in a higher vocational college.Now there is a Supply and demand vicious circle on the market.On the one hand,companies can't hire qualified employees.On the other hand,a large number of graduates can not find the right job.In the final analysis,it is due to the lack of practice teaching in the training process of higher vocational education and students cannot get adequate skills development.Based on the teaching practice of aviation logistics major in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges,discusses the thought and approach of practical teaching reform of aviation logistics specialty based on ability training,so as to provide theoretical reference for training aviation logistics personnel.
