摘要
以内圆切片领域关键设备内圆切片机为研究对象,为了提高内圆切片机的自动化水平,对原有内圆切片机整体结构进行改造,设计出了一种将改造后的内圆切片机并联成机组配合自行设计的上下料机械手系统进行全自动生产的全新生产模式。以PLC为核心控制器,实现了机械手系统的自动化控制。结果表明该机组以及机械手系统能够实现预期的功能要求,达到了提高内圆切片机自动化水平的目的。
Take the internal circular slicer as an object of study.The purpose of the research is to improve the automation level of circular slicer.We reconstructed the whole structure of the original internal circular slicer and designed a new production pattern.The new production pattern is that parallel connect the reformed inner circle slicer and make it cooperate with the manipulator system.Using delta PLC as the core controller realized the automatic control of the manipulator system.The results show that the assembling unit and the manipulator system can achieve the desired functional requirements and the purpose that improve the automation level of the internal circular slicer.
