摘要
目的优化益阴消渴方提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以葛根素为指标,考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数对提取工艺的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为乙醇用量为药材量的6倍,70%乙醇回流提取3次,第1次1. 5 h,第2次及第3次1 h;验证试验结果表明,葛根素含量分别为0. 846%,0. 851%,0. 848%,RSD为0. 30%(n=3)。结论该优化的提取工艺条件稳定可行,重复性好,适用于该制剂的工业化生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Yiyin Xiaoke Recipe. Methods With puerarin as the index,the effects of ethanol concentration, ethanol dosage, extraction time, extraction times on the extraction process were optimized by the orthogonal test.Results The optimized extraction process was as follows: the amount of ethanol was 6 times as much as that of medicinal herbs,70%ethanol was refluxed for 3 times, the first time was 1. 5 h, the second time was 1 h, and the third time was 1 h. The results of the verification test showed that the content of puerarin was 0. 846%,0. 851%,0. 848%,and RSD was 0. 30%( n = 3). Conclusion The optimized extraction conditions are stable,feasible and reproducible,which are suitable for the industrial production of the preparation.
