摘要
新时代经济高质量发展背景下,资本对制造业的增长为何重要?基于广东制造业资本深化的趋势性现象,通过对广东制造业和高技术制造业、装备制造业资本积累与产出效率的特点进行统计分析,发现近年来广东制造业资本产出比收敛于一个恒定值,表明制造业的资本深化并未带来产出效率的损失,即通过加大资本投入力度来提升劳动生产率成为了可能,并通过数学方程的构造与分解揭示了资本生产率与劳动生产率、资本利润率、劳均利润率之间的逻辑关系,为广东制造业资本产出效率变动的来源提供了一个分解解释,也为以提高劳动生产率为重要目标的产业政策框架提供了适宜的政策取向与手段。
With the background of high-quality economic development in the new era,capital is essential for the growth of the manufacturing industry.Based on the trend of capital deepening in Guangdong's manufacturing industry,this paper reveals the logical relationship between capital productivity and labor productivity,profit rata of net worth and per capita profit margin by the construction and decomposition of mathematical equations,provides an explanation for the change of capital output efficiency in Guangdong's manufacturing industry,and suggests an appropriate policy and means for the industrial policy framework that aims at increasing labor productivity.
